We are both proud Colorado Natives, owning prior homes in Lakewood, Littleton, and Evergreen.
In 2002, Dave and I decided to come to Palisade, and enjoy the tremendous beauty, with the fun, laid back lifestyle.
We've always wanted to create a fun, intimate Inn, and when we discovered this beautiful property, our dream came true.
We purchased this 1905 Landmark, known locally as the "Smith House" (named for the Peach grower family that built the house), in 2002, and spent 2 years planning, updating, and getting ready to open. We had our first guests in 2004, and have had a great time meeting many wonderful new friends from all over the world!
We live on site, (in a separate area of the property), and will be available for your needs during your stay.
